“I put in about 10 hours/week during winter months on this. I have a good number of miles on it at this point. This is a great indoor cycle for the $. One of the best features is that you can coast. Other trainers make you keep pedaling while the flywheel is spinning. I think that is not cool.
The computer on this is great. Really big numbers.
Bars are a little funky. I removed the forearm rests and it was much more comfortable. Pedals are nice. Double-sided. Plenty of adjustment on saddle and bars. Will fit a huge range of people. Only thing missing for serious training is a true power (wattage) output reading.”
