I had reservations about this item. I had heard such great things about them. Now, I am sold, I will always have one of these. It was a little confusing getting it put together, but man, I am so glad I did this. I use it three to five times daily for about five to ten minutes each time and it has made a huge difference. My back and hip joints feel so much better when I am using this.

I love it. I have friend who come over just to use it too. I think once you begin using one of these, you become very comfortable and addicted to certain muscles getting a good stretch that even Yoga can’t seem to do. I would recommend this to anyone who can handle being inverted because it does help all those back muscles that don’t normally get the stretches they need. It feels so good.
